Event Details
DATE: Wednesday June 3rd and Thursday June 4th
In order to accommodate all of the teams, EY will host two consecutive (identical) virtual trivia nights. Please click here to select the date that works best for you and your teammates.
TIME: 5:45 pm - 7:00 pm
LOCATION: Online! Registered participants will receive the link and code to your event 1 week prior to the event date.
Please Note: You MUST log into Zoom with your EY email address in order to play the game.
Coming together with friends to show off knowledge of useless facts has been a favorite weekly ritual—until now. With bars closed and people secluded to their homes for the foreseeable future, the Play4JA Virtual Trivia is an opportunity for EY family and friends to reconnect, have some laughs, flex their smarts, and raise money for Junior Achievement of Greater Washington.
So grab a drink, settle in, and get ready to Play4JA!
Need cocktail ideas? *Prepare for your night in with a drink aptly named "The Madness Margarita":
INGREDIENTS
- Kosher salt (for serving)
- ½ thick lime wheel (for serving)
- 2 oz. tequila blanco
- ¾ oz. fresh lime juice
- ¾ oz. simple syrup
Directions: Fill a cold old-fashioned or rocks glass with ice then rim with lime and dip in salt; set that aside. In a shaker, combine tequila, lime juice, and simple syrup; fill to the top with ice and shake vigorously until outside of shaker is very cold (about 20 seconds). Strain cocktail through a Hawthorne strainer or a slotted spoon into reserved glass. Garnish with lime wheel and enjoy!
Pro Tip : Want to level up your Marg? Throw in a few slices of jalapeno and 2 tablespoons of orange or pineapple juice into your shaker, and BAM - You now have a delicious Spicy Jalapeno Margarita!
